She will have to carry your baby everywhere she goes for nine month, meaning that she needs to adjust a lot of things. Hence, you, as the husband might experience the effects of these adjustments. You probably will be the one your wife get angry to; the one seeks for any foods she might crave for; or the one rubs her back every time she complains it hurts. - Tell your wife she is beautiful
When pregnant, your slender wife might lose her confidence and ask you a million times whether she is still good looking or whether you still love her.
